Oakland Athletics BBQ Set

The basting brush has already started to fall apart though and that is very annoying! The craftmanship of the etching on the metal and the handles are great though and since we have a really nice basting brush already my husband just uses the other pieces when he grills.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered this item at Thanksgiving they sent me one that had been cut open and missing an item. I contacted them, they advised me they would ship me a new one. Three weeks later (the week before Christmas)I had to send another email due to the fact I still had not received the new item. The email I received back advised my item was now on back order and I would not receive it until after December 30. So much for giving it as a Christmas gift. The communication SUCKED!! They could have at least let me know it was on back order. Only because I sent numerous emails did I get that information. I would never order again from them. To top it off the customer service rep who emailed me was very smug in her responses to me and never once apologized for the inconvenience.
